Here is a low cost accurate 1 pulse per second clock generator
built around the clock module that is used to run wall clock, if you have
an old one, or you can get only the module, you can build this 1pps in
few minutes.
First open the module, remove everything till you get to the oscillator pcb
inside. NOTE where the (+) and (-) are connected to.
The schematic shows a RED LED, if you have one on your project, see if it has 1.5 volts across it, if more either use a silicon diode of any type to drop 0.6 Volts or replace the one in the schematic with a 1.5 volts zener. |
